Overview
We are delighted to announce the delivery of a major residential scheme at Ballygrennan, Limerick, in partnership with Clúid Housing and Limerick City and County Council. The scheme was project managed by Limerick Twenty Thirty, the property development company established as a special purpose vehicle of Limerick City and County Council to plan and develop key strategic sites in Limerick City and County.
This development will provide 115 residential units, comprising a mix of 73 three and four-bedroom houses and 42 two-bedroom apartments designed for elderly residents.
The apartment element is delivered within a four-storey building and includes a range of resident amenities such as a communal green roof terrace, supporting wellbeing and community interaction.
The scheme also forms part of a wider master planned community, located adjacent to key healthcare and community infrastructure, including the CROAL Medical Campus.
The development is designed to support long-term housing need while creating a balanced and inclusive residential neighbourhood.
Strategic regeneration site. Works commenced on site.
