Patricio is a registered architect with over 15 years of international experience delivering residential, educational, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Ireland, Mexico, and South America. He brings a strong track record in the design and delivery of Strategic and Large Residential Developments, educational facilities, and public-sector projects.
Having worked with leading architectural practices, Patricio has been involved in projects from early-stage feasibility and planning through to construction delivery. He understands the commercial drivers behind development and consistently aligns design decisions with programme, cost efficiency, and planning compliance, while maintaining a high standard of architectural quality.
His experience includes navigating complex planning processes, contributing to successful public tenders, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project delivery.Through his independent architectural practice, Patricio also works directly with private clients and smaller scale projects, offering tailored architectural services that maximise site potential, enhance asset value, and streamline delivery.
