Laura is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a registered member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
As Business Development Director at WhiteBOX, Laura is responsible for developing the company’s strategy to grow and expand its delivery pipeline. Her role involves identifying development opportunities, reviewing financial and development appraisals, ensuring delivery, and securing an exit strategy. Laura also has specialist experience in Risk Management, Procurement, Construction Contracts, Development Agreements, and Development Funding/Finance.
Prior to joining WhiteBOX, Laura worked for Respond, an Approved Housing Body, as a Senior Development Manager, delivering social and affordable rental homes throughout Ireland. She began her career at Turner & Townsend, a global consultancy firm, working on various projects in Ireland and the UK as a Cost and Commercial Manager.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, combined with key sector experience in residential, commercial, and healthcare projects, Laura brings the knowledge, skills, and capabilities to drive WhiteBOX’s ambitious delivery pipeline.
