Katarzyna Rzyman

Katarzyna is an RIAI registered architect with over 15 years of professional experience delivering residential, retail and hospitality projects in Ireland and Poland. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Technical University of Łódź and has also completed postgraduate studies in building energy efficiency, bringing a strong understanding of both design quality and building performance to project delivery.Her experience spans all stages of the development process, from early design and planning strategy through to technical coordination and construction.

Having worked on complex, multi-million-euro schemes, she has developed particular strengths in project coordination, planning applications, technical problem-solving and the translation of design intent into practical, deliverable solutions. Katarzyna combines strong visual awareness with technical rigour and a clear understanding of the commercial and operational realities of development. Her approach considers the full project life cycle, supporting better outcomes from planning and compliance through to construction efficiency, long-term performance and end-user experience.

As a project architect, she plays a key role within multidisciplinary team, coordinating information across design and consultant inputs while maintaining focus on programme, quality and buildability. She is committed to helping deliver well-considered, commercially realistic and technically robust developments that support project objectives, efficient delivery and long-term value.
