Jason is the BIM Coordinator at Whitebox, working primarily on Large-Scale Residential Developments (LRDs), including housing and apartment schemes. His role is centred on building and managing clear, dependable 3D information, alongside producing high-quality visual material that supports planning, presentation, and communication.
Working at LRD scale demands a balance between detail and pace. He manages and develops building information across large, fast-moving projects, ensuring that models and drawings remain clear, coordinated, and fit for purpose as the design progresses. In parallel, he produces visual outputs that represent the scheme accurately, helping translate technical information into something that is easily understood.
His work sits across both the model and the visual output side by side. He focuses on putting information together in a way that stands up when reviewed or built from, while also producing imagery that communicates the intent of the design without ambiguity. The priority throughout is simple: clarity, reliability, and work that holds up under scrutiny.
