Based in Limerick, Hayley is a key member of the New Homes team, supporting purchasers throughout the handover process. She assists new homeowners with a wide range of queries and liaises closely with on-site contractors to ensure a smooth experience from initial engagement through to move-in.
Hayley holds a Level 6 qualification in Business and Customer Relations and brings over 30 years of customer service expertise, both face-to-face and over the phone. Her extensive background in client care, communication and problem-solving underpins her commitment to delivering a positive and efficient journey for all new homeowners.
