We’re delighted to have handed over 67 new homes at Ormond, Nenagh, to Respond, delivering much-needed housing for the local community.

We would like to thank Tipperary County Council for their continued support and collaboration in helping bring these new homes to Nenagh.

A huge thank you also to our building contractor Carroll O’Keeffe, and to our fantastic design and consultancy team — FHP International, CSD, Garlands, and Carron + Walsh — whose expertise and commitment have been instrumental in bringing the development from design through to completion.

These homes have been thoughtfully designed with long-term maintenance and sustainability in mind, using durable, low-maintenance building materials and energy-efficient technologies. The result is high-quality, sustainable homes that require less upkeep and are more economical to run for their new homeowners.

We’re very proud to see all 67 homes completed and handed over and, most importantly, ready to become homes for individuals and families in Nenagh.
