Official Opening of Harpurs Crescent, Portlaoise

The scheme delivers 44 high-quality new homes, providing much-needed housing for individuals and families in the local community. The homes will be managed by Respond, ensuring residents benefit from professionally managed, sustainable accommodation.

The development represents a successful collaboration between an experienced project team. Construction was carried out by Carroll O'Keeffe, with design and technical expertise provided by FHP, Garland’s, CSD and ORS.

Speaking at the opening, Minister O'Brien acknowledged the importance of delivering well-designed, sustainable housing developments that help address Ireland's growing housing needs. Harpurs Crescent demonstrates what can be achieved through strong partnerships between housing providers, developers, contractors and design professionals.
